Outstanding quality! I bought three Cambridge style mugs a few months ago after getting repeatedly bad quality mugs made in the Far East from supermarkets which were of a much inferior quality. These mugs unlike the others can actually which withstand boiling water. The manufacture of these mugs is similiarly flawless not a single dimple or raise area on any of them. I will be buying more in due course.

I am gladdened to see a proper British china manufacture still going, long may they continue.

The products are of the highest quality and thank you to the team that produced them, real artists. During the purchasing process the lady who answered the phone was polite, informative and very helpful. On a second phone call enquiring on the delivery date once purchased, she could have just said its on its way. No she went to the factory floor, found the answer and let me know all whilst I waited on the phone. Excellent service.
