Factory Seconds

All of our Fine Bone China is inspected before it leaves the factory.

When an item is classified as a second, the fault or faults may be in the finish, the decoration or the shape.

All seconds are structurally sound but might feature blemishes such as small marks or imperfections in the decoration.

All factory seconds are not eligible for refund, return or exchange. All sales are final.
